| Reservations: To ensure an open date for your guide trip, we recommend you contact us as early as possible - at least 2 weeks in advance. Please allow even longer for, winter, spring, and holiday bookings. | Time of Launch: All guide trips launch at first light of day unless special arrangements have been made. And 4, 6, or 8 hours after launch, depending on the length of trip you booked, we call it a day |

| Florida Freshwater Fishing Licenses: A Florida Freshwater Fishing License is required to fish any of Florida's Lakes. Have your credit card handy. Call Florida Freshwater Fish and Game Commission directly at 1-888-347-4356. There is a $3.95 processing fee for the convenience of ordering by phone. We recommend that you get your license as early as possible, at least 2 weeks in advance of your guide trip. Don't forget to bring your license with you -- or the identification number they give over the phone - when you come to Florida. Florida resident 12 month license -- $13.50 Nonresident 7 day license --------- $16.50 Nonresident 12 month license ------ $31.50 *All prices may be subject to change and can be confirmed by the Freshwater Fish and Game Commission. |

Wild Shiners: Most trophy bass are caught on wild shiners. Most customers choose to use them when they fish Toho. Shiner prices are normally about $18.00 a dozen. For a half-day, you will need 3 to 4 dozen shiners. On an extended half-day trip, you will need 4 to 5 dozen shiners. On a full-day trip, you will need about 6 dozen shiners. |
| Summer Guide Trips: Summertime fishing is most productive during the morning hours. That's when the bass are very active. Around midday, the water temperatures are at their highest and the bass lose interest in feeding. So in summer, we only fish for four or six hours. We do not offer 8 hour trips until fall. Transportation: Please let us know if you will be staying in the Disney, Route 192, or International Drive (I-Drive) area and need pick up and delivery on the day of your fishing trip. The cost of roundtrip transportation is $40.00 and we will need to know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. |

| Discounted Rates for Lodging: We have a corporate contract with a local hotel in a major hotel chain that provides our customers with special rates. These rates are among the lowest in the area. Call us for details and to find out how you can make reservations. |

Deposits and Final Payment: After confirming your booking by phone, please mail the following per-boat deposit for each day’s guide trip of $75.00. The deposit is a nonrefundable partial payment and a commitment to a guided fishing trip on the date you reserved. The only exception is a cancellation by your guide because of safety concerns such as severe weather. If there is insufficient time to mail in your deposit prior to your trip, we require a VISA or MASTERCARD number to hold your date. Your credit card will be billed for the deposit only if you cannot take the trip. Please make your deposit check payable to A. James Jackson and mail it to: Capt. A. James Jackson 3096 Stillwater Drive Kissimmee, Florida 34743 Final payment in cash or traveler's checks is required at launch. No credit cards, please. |
| A Reminder: To finalize arrangements for your guide trip, please give us a call (between 4:30 and 9:00pm) after you arrive in Florida. We will discuss when and where we will meet and how to get there. if you can't call then, call before 6:00pm on the day prior to fishing. if neither is possible, please call before you leave home |
